Jakob Krag Nielsen har særlig ekspertise og erfaring med retssager og rådgivning om patenter, varemærker, forretningshemmeligheder og andre IP-rettigheder – samt i sager, der angår de komplekse regulatoriske forhold inden for især Life Science. Jakob repræsenterer danske og internationale klienter i alle brancher og har et stort netværk af internationale advokater, hvilket særligt har værdi på IP/Life Science-området. Ud over retssager har Jakob betydelig erfaring i at bistå alt fra startups til store børsnoterede virksomheder med at kommercialisere IP-rettigheder samt lægge og implementere IP-strategier. Jakob bistår derudover løbende med håndtering af IP i forbindelse med transaktioner.
